You have two options:
- Prepaid Donation Pack: Request a prepaid donation pack from us, which includes everything you need to send in your cell phone. We’ll cover the shipping costs.
- Freepost Address: You can also send your cell phone directly to us using our freepost address.
- How do I donate reading glasses and hearing aids?
Simply package your reading glasses or hearing aids securely and send them to us using our freepost address.
- How do I remove my personal data from my cell phone before donating?

- Where does the money from my donation go?
100% of the profits from the items we collect are donated to our partner charities. You can vote on how the funds are shared among these charities through our Partner Charities page.
